I repackaged this mod into a BAIN for my own personal use, I'm happy to send it your way to upload onto this mod page. It includes the Mainland Ashlanders banners as well.
The only things missing from the BAIN are the old 2015 versions of the banners, but I'm sure that is no concern.
One issue with the BAIN however is that in MO2 it cuts off the last option when trying to install. Seems like a problem with the MO2 UI, I don't have the issue when using Wrye MASH to install the package.
These look really good! Please could I ask whether there is an option not to animate them? I don't know whether you have added animation or I am just noticing it more now that the signs look great but they all move in the same way and it's quite odd :D
You are on fire with the retexture mod drops man! Loving that we are getting more of your work, love having that same style as much as possible from one consistent modder!
Will you be doing roadsigns/signposts anytime soon?
As in Vanilla. Anyway, resources are free and you are welcome to change and upload your own versions. upd. Actually, all of them are worn and damaged on the top part. The possible problem here comes from the position of the banner shape on the mesh itself. It is TOO low on the banners you mentioned - that's why they are looking more ripped on the top than others.

Thank you for your gorgeous retextures.
