Description: Introducing the new BIG mod of the AoVv series, a comprehensive retexture that breathes new life into the banners found throughout the game. This mod aims to enhance the visual appeal of these important decorative elements, which represent the rich history, culture, and factions of Vvardenfell.

Features:
  • High-resolution textures: Each banner has been meticulously recreated using high-resolution textures, providing a crisp and detailed appearance that fits seamlessly into the world of Morrowind. The textures maintain the original aesthetic of the game while enhancing the overall visual quality.
  • Lore-friendly design: I have ensured that each banner remains true to the established lore and artistic style of the game. These reimagined designs feature intricate patterns, vibrant colors, and authentic motifs that bring the banners to life and make them a pleasure to discover as you explore Vvardenfell.
  • Complete coverage: The mod covers all banners found in the base game, including faction banners, city banners, and even unique banners tied to specific quests or locations. From the proud banners of House Redoran to the mysterious banners of the Tribunal Temple, you'll find every banner carefully reimagined in high detail. The things not covered yet are giant hanging tapestries of the Vivec City, that can be downloaded from the another retexture of mine - AoVv Vivec and Velothi.
  • Easy installation: AoVv Banners is designed to work seamlessly with both the vanilla game and existing mods. The mod is packaged with a simple installer, allowing you to easily add these stunning retextures to your game without any compatibility issues. Also, main and optional files can be downloaded separately.
  • Mod-resources: Only on this page I offer you psd-files, that were  used to recreate all the banners. You can freely use them as the base for you mod.
Experience Morrowind like never before with the Aestetika of Vvardenfell. As you journey through the land of Morrowind, admire the enhanced banners that stand as testament to the rich culture and history of this unforgettable world.
Download the mod now and immerse yourself in an even more breathtaking version of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.

Files
In the Files Section of this mod you can find the following:

Main Files:
1. High Quality - 2048x4096 or 1024x4096 px textures of 36 banners of Vvardenfell
2. Medium Quality - 1024x2048 or 512x2048 px textures of 36 banners of Vvardenfell
3.a Banners of Vvardenfell - BAIN archive, compiled and generously shared by BlightBingo
3.b Banners of Vvardenfell - FOMOD - Main file and all options - as soon as I will get it to work it will be uploaded

Optional Files:
4. Optional Worn Letters - HQ - 7 textures with optional rough and unusual looking daedric letters, for the remote settlements.
5. Optional Worn Letters - MQ - 7 textures with optional rough and unusual looking daedric letters, for the remote settlements.
6. Smithing Stores for Purist - swords don't follow each other as in the main version, they are in vanilla positions. HQ and MQ in the same archive
7. Guars facing opposite - now the guars of a general merchant banner are facing opposite directions. HQ and MQ in the same archive
8. Empire New Dragon - with this file the imperial flag hold the alternative version of the Imperial Dragon Sigil, presented in the latter games, such as Skyrim and Blades. HQ and MQ in the same archive
9. Clean Dagoth banners - in the main file, as in vanilla game, the fabric banners of the Great House Dagoth are covered with the nasty red texture, that supposed to be some kind of corprus ooze. In this version, the banners are clean and you can finally enjoy the patterns on them. HQ and MQ in the same archive

Misc Files:
10. PSD-source files for the banners of
  • 1. Stores and Hlaalu
  • 2. Temple, Redoran, Empire and Dagoth Leather
  • 3. Signs, Settlements and Telvanni
  • 4. Dagoth Fabric Banners
I think, it is a gravely mistake of any author or artist (at least modder) not to share sources.
As Lord Vivec Said:
The Scripture of the Word, Seventh:
'The sage who suppresses his best aphorism: cut off his hands, for he is a thief.' Sermon 26:7

Old Files:
11. An old and incomplete but somehow interesting retexture of the banners in different style, that I made back in 2015 and didn't release. Contains 25 HQ textures that cover most of the banners, except the textures of the most settlements.

Recommendations:
Arukinns Better Banner Signs and Signposts - I recommend the wooden signposts from it. Install this mod first than let my mod to overwrite the files;
Vivec and Velothi - Arkitektora Vol.2 - for the Vivec City giant hanging banners;
