Do you have another mod that edits the cell? If so it will probably untick water in cell if its loaded after this one. Another thing is some shaders will make the water almost 100% clear, Like OpenMW's water shader with no ripple ect.

That sounds like a great idea. I'll probs do it once I finally get burnt out on caves and move on to something else. I'm thinking I want to do at least one big cave.

Any idea how I can fix this?
Do you plan to make a larger package containing all the mods you've made in the future or plan to stay as modular as possible?
