Version 1.1
Now you can choose whether or not you use Almisivi or Divine intervention on death. Now you can choose whether or not stolen items are removed and put in nearest evidence chest on death. A menu asking you which of the 4 options you want appears upon game load/ game start. At any point during gameplay you can open this menu to change your mind. Simply open console with ` key (the one to left of your 1 key ) and enter the following "set secondchancemenu to 1" and hit enter. The menu will now come back up and you can choose whatever option you like.
