Completely renovates Fort Frostmoth on Solstheim. All redone interiors and new interiors. Exteriors are redone, but no land is altered in the process. NPCs are all fully named, have backgrounds, and many new NPCS. New creature companions can be purchased: direwolves, pack bears, and pack wolves. These creatures have been recently tamed and trained by Reinhardt Red-Spear. Many new hidden areas in the castle. Very minor changes to quests, such as rewording and a new hiding spot for Antonius Nuncius' liquor.
The scripting for this is purposely simple as it was designed to be OpenMW friendly.
