Add NoLore script to new NPCs, improve dialogue conditions
To start the quest, talk to One-Eye at his shipwreck home. You can find him east of the Temple Canton in Vivec.
Beela Fire-Beard's camp is directly east of Ald Redaynia.
You'll have to meet both of them to see the conclusion to their story.

After you hear both of the Argonians' stories, search One-Eye's sleeping area for an item that connects him to Beela Fire-Beard. She would be very interested to see it!
