I like this mod! It works fine on OpenMW too. Also, it is very atmospheric, and it looks cool with the Illuminated Palace of Vivec and the Armored Ordinator robes palace guards.
The new prayer wheels seem much less wobbly and less noisy. In the original mod, the grinding noise of the wheels would very abruptly cut-in and out when one got into and out of range of them. The new wheel noise is much more subtle, so doesn't cause the same abrupt sound level change, as the other ambient wind and water sounds remain.
I also like the the lights and other gifts on the stairs to Vivecs Palace.
