Sellus Gavius will get you started by turning 100 coins into a Silver coin, and 10,000 coins into a Gold coin. All traders will refuse service to fix the Imperial Coinage before barter. (just click barter again) Currently, i am using the service refussal mechanic to trigger removing big coins and replacing with septims, so that way transactions work without losing wealth from mercantile margins. Next steps: - Faction promisory notes to reflect a resistance to the Empire, and an even greater hate that each of the great houses have for each other. - Faction notes will force the player to choose a house, with boons provided in exchange for larger notes, eg. unique bonemold pauldrons. - Khajiit caravan access for easier to use smaller notes that remain undetected by the other races. - a banking system doesn't really appeal to me right now, nor does making new NPCs that could dirty the plugin and lead to clashes. - TR functionality to garner the whole scope of the Dunmeri lore, and really embody resisting the Empire.
*Phantom Encumberance issues* For Gold weight simply use your preferred weight mod, either OpenMW or MWSE. As such the coins have no weight to allow for vanilla play, but honestly you should all be using some script extender by now.
