I'd just say that since it's in the quests from the mouths in Sadrith Mora, you can access it at a very low level, and it would be nice to get more info on how to get there, at least a marker on the map for at least assurdirapal, all I got was "east of assurdirapal, in Sheogorad region" with nothing on map, I had to check on the uesp to see where that was... ! Now at low level, even when you know where it is, it's not gonna be easy at all to get there ! The easiest way I guess is a boat to Dagon Fell, but usually it's better to go there around level 10... oh well I'll see...

edit : for those low levels who wonder if it's a good idea to try this, when you finally reach arvs spellum, the guy inside asks you to bring him an ancient vampire skull which was stolen from him by one of the most famous bandit of the area ! In fact she looks like an imperial, has some 2 handed dai katana, and hits very hard (she's also level 17). Well I survived with my level 5 character when I reached her, but only because I had some strong restore health potions, and it was quite crazy. So yeah it's probably a good idea to wait, or otherwise be prepared for something hard !
After that the guy asks for 3 days to prepare his report for ms Dratha, so I'll see in 3 days how it goes... !
By the way to reach arvs spellum, I had a mark near ald velothi, and I had a mission to finish in the area anyway, so I started from there, quite a lot of water walking, and it went quite well. It's preferable because starting from dagon fel it's quite a long trip and you are attacked by quite a lot of things even at low level. Finally you are forced to cross a big part of these islands for this stupid skull, which made me curse a lot, but anyway... !

edit after the 3 days : then what ? Everything inside is owned by the guy there, he gives the report and then nothing, it can't be used as a home at all. Did I miss something ? Also on the local map you see 2 doors to some remote locations in the central room, but they seem to be under the floor, you can reach them if using the console command tcl. ??? Even the hammock is owned by the guy so you can't even sleep there !

Sorry for getting back to you after so much time. But yeah the idea is to let the player visit some interesting locations without just dumping such an interesting and unique interior into the game, free to take for the player.
This wasn't supposed to be a house mod in my rework.

I replayed this in another playthrough and yeah there is a balance issue since it's integrated with the mouths quests and it's much harder than any other mouth quest ! Plus you don't seem to get much for your trouble, unless something was changed on this side since 1.0. If you really want the jynx ring quest, you have to finish this first and it's no small undertaking... !
I stole the vampire of vvanderfel tome 2 this time, it's useful for a mage guild quest in sadrith mora, yeah I play both mage guild and telvannis, I think there should be some mod to play a progressist telvanni in the spirit of Aryon...

I made an edit of this mod that changes the placement of the quest to be after the Black Jinx quest and gives a better reward (plus additional scrolls to help you complete the quest) if your character is female. Would it be okay to release it? It would be an esp replacer, so this mod and the original would still be needed.

I must say that quests are not my expertise so even if the idea was cool, maybe the implementation and balancing wasn't that great.
If you're fine with it we could simply replace my esp with your version.

      Sure!

I haven't had a chance to test it yet so I'll let you know when I have (and if it works okay.)

Would anyone else happen to be getting an "This Asset is Deprecated" Error box on that top shelf bowl, to the left of the wizard, in the second screenshot?

Oh it's likely one of the assets that were deprecated with the latest TD update. I'll see to swap it for a different ID.

'This is part of a small project I have in mind, to take some really cool house mods and better integrate them into the game.' - I love this idea! So much love has gone into these house-mods, which basically gives you an incredible pre-built interior most people would never otherwise see.

I'd love to go to party or a masked ball questiline set in Korana's Pearl Palace, etc!

Glad you like the idea! To further expand on it, there's many small quest mods where the modder had good writing/scripting skills but didn't really like making interiors, so different mods could be combined with the same logic and you could get a nice little questline + interesting interiors without too much work.

If somone is interested also in Spine of Madness. It is compatible, it does not block the entrance to the door.

    What a wonderful concept!

Revisiting houses from past playthroughs is always nostalgic. Repurpose these locations to something more grounded in game world and occupied by interesting npc's making this experience so much cooler.

Arvs-Spelun been my favorite home for a long time, so this mod was a very pleasant surprise for me.

How's it play with the big Telvanni mods and am I able to run through with my current character, who has already finished Raven's quests?

Regardless, looks like more great work from you.

I have no idea as I didn't test it with those mods, but considering how it's implemented, I'd say there should be no issue.
I don't think this can be started if you already finished the black jinks quest as dialogue follows a certain order.
