   My ONLY issue so far is you cant even speak to them. They're like "Filler" which isnt bad just not for everyone.

      That's an issue with NPC Randomizer, not this mod

   Good add-on,sera...Simply this is really weird that all npcs in vanilla Morrowind haves a names but in this mod of..our Russian Vasya(sorry hater(плезз не хейтьте(().....havent a names at all(Hello vanilla Skyrim!How are you?)..and yea i think i(and others..maybe) need a thing like this for old to the brim Morrowind Comes Alive(MCA) mod....(if author you want make this of course)....endorse from this dunmer shortly speaks!

   Great name! Great mod. Always bothered me, thanks for the improvement.
   
   Now do a complete rewrite of Friends and Foes with mwse/lua magic please!
