Version 1.3
Blocked the passage to the lower level of Bethamez with a cavein. Players will only gain the means to blow the rocks apart by following the quest. Will hopefully reduce the number of players who would race down to the machine's heart and then be confused as to why they weren't able to deactivate it to about zero.
Relocated the dwemer schematics book, i.e. the clue that is needed to progress in the quest, to a new place where it will hopefully be easier to spot (not that far from its original location)
Tweaked a few more minor details.

Removed all unnecessary activators (no more prompting you to fix things that aren't meant to be fixed)
Added a unique enchanted Dwemer helmet for you to find
Added some dialoge to the townsfolk of Gnisis so they can direct you to Hetman Abelmawia to start the quest
Tweaked some minor visuals that bothered me
