It looks like there's a conflict between Assarnud and Maren's Misfit Mabrigash. MarenMagrigash.esp uses R_lavacave_entr_1 as type Door, and Clean_Asssarnud3.esp uses it as type Static.
I suppose it should also be noted somewhere on description page to place the mod after TLAD due to changed flag ("Has water") in Mat. Otherwise no water inside the cave.
Quality work as usual :-) The dungeon became more "real" and well-thought.
Consider adding more verbose description. For example your reasoning to make this overhaul.
Vanilla one had pretty interesting spot with ore mine in "hidden" location. Though those caverns and their inhabitants were not really beliveable(how did they get there? how did they feed there?). I think removing those was right decision.
The only light conflict I've seen is with note from Correspondances of Morrowind. It's gone due to changed coordinates. Permissions allow to add that note into the mod if you'd want to. Meanwhile I've used following tes3cmd command to place note into overhaul:
