Drathen Hall - Cloud Storage Warehouse Compatible
Player Home in Suran just outside of the North Gate.
Plenty of normal storage options, Male and Female mannequins and working practise dummy.

The home is initially occupied, complete a quest for the current owner and be given the keys and deed so you then own it and can move in.
Also contains my latest Alchemy Boxes which include ingredient boxes for OAAB Data, ST Alchemy and Morrowind Crafting.
For auto sorting use my Ingredient sorter mod.
“Cloud Storage Warehouse” is required!

I cannot guarantee compatibility with any other mod that alters the area in or around Suran.
