No. MWSE-Lua and OpenMW Lua are not compatible/comparable in what they can do. And I do not use/support OpenMW so please don't ask me, ask some OpenMW-Lua mod author if making something similar is possible.
Hello, Simple, effective (and configurable) idea, I love it! I wonder though, is your mod compatible with the Friendly Intervention mod https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/51630 ?
I've never used that mod (I use Smart companions mod for that so my followers just follow everywhere) but probably it is compatible, my mod alters the intervention magic hints/descriptions, not the intervention effects. in theory, if another mod is showing some intervention spell description in a standard tooltip, this mod should still display if it is a player known intervention destination
Okay, thanks for the reply! It'll probably take a while before I'm done with my mod search & setup and get to play again, but I'll try to post an update if I encounter any issue using both mods.
OH! I like this idea. So basically if I only ever visited Balmora's Temple, I would only end up there?! Ok yes this sounds perfect. It always bothered me that using Almsivi/Divine Interventions could send me to places I never visited before.
No no no. It does not change standard intervention mechanics/destinations, it just makes you able to know/remember (or foresee if you have high Mysticysm) where the intervention will take you from there before using the intervention In the case you are describing, you would know/remember/be sure that intervention from there would take you to Balmora, while using intervention from some other place would remain a mystery destination
