About this mod

If you are like me and love to display all your treasures, but hate trying to arrange them neatly, then this mod is for you.

Pocket Display Museum and Storage Area

Although this is free, spell added to you on mod load via reading the museum pamphlet, to display anything you need to go adventuring to find all the items so you can display them. For this you will possibly find my “The Explorers Magical Bag” quite useful.

This is a medium sized area within its own world space that can only be got to by casting the museum transport spell. On first arriving all the lights will be turned off and all the displays empty. Recasting the spell in the museum will transport you back to where you came from. If you have another teleportation object, such as my “Intelligent Ring of Teleportation” that may be used instead to travel back to wherever you like. The building is also transient and likely to move to a new dimension. This will possibly not be noticed though, and will not happen if anyone is in the building.

Place items in one of the safes, next to the desks, to have them automagically displayed for you. To recover the items just take them back out of the safe, not from the displays. For armor though just add or remove the pieces from a mannequin.
There is also an ‘Auto’ button that will transfer any item in the display list from your inventory into the safe, after which the items display replica will be automagically displayed.

Hope you like the way I have arranged them. You can always of course not put anything in the safe and just arrange them the way you want yourself, if so inclined.

Note! None of the weapons, armor or artefacts are included in this mod, they are for you to find and collect.

This is a player ‘Museum’ with added storage, both Cloud Storage and simple containers, with plenty of free display surfaces to add your own touches.

As there are what could be described as race armors there is a male and female mannequin for each race. And several other stone and wood mannequin for you to use through out the complex.

Even though this is really just a display area and not designed as a player home there is a bed and basic facilities in the curator’s room, should you feel the need to spend the night at the museum.

There are two main display halls, one dedicated mainly to armor and the other dedicated mainly to weapons, but there is overlap.

In the main hall are two separate small display rooms one, gated, for Daedric and one for Dwemer. Put the weapons in the safe for them to be nicely displayed for you.

Throughout the museum the displays have information plaques, activating any of these will present you with additional information about the display.

Off to one side at rear of the main hall is a small cosy reading library room with plenty of container space for you to store all your books.
This leads on to the curator’s room. On the other side is a small storage room with plenty of storage for the stuff you don’t want to display but still keep safe.

This is a cross-mod Cloud Storage Compatible mod which also uses multi drawer and door furniture.

Turn lights on and off, Light the fire with the matches.

There are auto displays for most vanilla and many of the unique powerful weapons.

The mannequins will use whichever body type you have installed... the choice is yours to make.

Recommend:

Self Dressing Mannequins

Recommend additional offical Plugins:
Adamantium Armor
LeFemm Armor

In the curators room there are four special mannequins.
When activated you will be presented with a menu. Selecting 'Open' will just open the normal mannequin companion share menu,
selecting 'Swap' will do just that it will swap whatever you are wearing with whatever the mannequin is wearing, and visa versa.
At the same time anything else that was manually added to the mannequin will be transferred back to you as well. This of couse means you or the mannequin could end up naked.

Uninstalling:
If you have used a mod manager to install then using it to uninstall should take care of everything. On the other hand if you installed manually then there is an additional step you need to take and that is to remove the mwse lua code related to this mod.
Delete the following folder and its content:
\Morrowind\Data Files\MWSE\mods\tw\tw_pocketDisplay\

Credits:
A huge thanks go out to everyone who over the years have contributed to the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages
most of the plaque's information presented here is from it pages.

Future plans:
Possibly extend to inclued another level for further displays. Sugestions welcome.
