This fixes some terrain issues with BCOM Rocky West Gash, Stonewood Pass RP edit, and Balmora Seat of Power in cells -3,-2 and -2,-2

This patch repairs some terrain issues, namely;
Uneven seams of cell -3,-2 border
incorrect terrain height in cell -2,-2
This was caused by these mods being used together;
1. Balmora Seat of Power(CORE)
2. Better Landscapes Stonewood Pass (RP Edit)
3. BCOM Rocky West Gash
(NOTE: If using any other version of Rocky West Gash your conflicts may be different than mine)
4. Balmora Seat of Power(01- Brevur of Balmora - Finally Some Good Statue Mod)
5. Balmora Seat of Power(02- SOP_Canal_02)
Load the above mods in the listed order.
This load order had the least amount of confliction
Load my patch AFTER all the above mods.
It probably wouldn't cause problems with the statue and docks load order.
INSTALLATION:
Drop 'BSOP_BCOMRWG_StonePass_Patch_by_Suki.ESP' into your Data Files folder
UNINSTALLATION:
Remove 'BSOP_BCOMRWG_StonePass_Patch_by_Suki.ESP' from your Data Files folder
