Alex's mod was supposed to add female versions of armours that only had a male version. It ended up also replacing some of the female armours already in the game though.
This mod does a different thing as it improves the female models already made by Bethesda, by making them more consistent with the male models.
They can be used together, just install this mod after Alex's one.
For anyone using Better Morrowind Armor you'll have to rename the files and move them to make them work: Meshes/aMeshes/bam a_imperial_c_female.nif -> a_imperial_cuiras_f.nif a_imperialchain _c_female.nif -> a_chainmail_cuiras_f.nif a_netch_f_cuirass.nif -> a_netch_cuiras_f.nif a_steel_cuir_female.nif -> a_steel_cuiras_f.nif
ps anyone struggling with making mods play nice with each other and having to play manual installation games all the time, get mod organizer 2. I'm the sort to fight to the last breath against change but the moment I decided to use it over nexus' manager modding became 10x easier and simpler. you'll learn the ins and outs quickly if you care just trust.
If you have a male character, it will just use the vanilla model. These cuirasses will only show up on female characters if you have the LeFemme mod or Tribunal installed.
I liked and still like LeFemm armor, I find them all aesthetically beautiful and very feminine. But thanks to your mod, now the male and female imperial guards/archers really belong to the same army. Endorsed.
I doubt it. I did some fixes of my own, but I don't think they're going to be that comprehensive. I'm probably going to update this mod based on either those meshes or the ones from Morrowind Optimization Patch, though I'd say the fixes in that mod are already in MOP.
