I recommend using this with this mod if you want to simulate a higher resolution. The texture used here is twice the resolution of vanilla textures. If you scale the UV with the adjustable landscape texture mod, it could look higher resolution: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/49689/
There's a slight incompatibility with Trackless Grazeland outside Nchuleft. It can be fixed by loading Trackless Grazeland after OAAB Dwemer Pavements, and painting over the entrance with the new pavement texture.
