There exists, scattered across the land, 10 rings of Dwemer design that hold untold power. Legend holds that they were crafted by the creators of Tonal Architecture and that their secrets were the first steps on the path that ultimately led to the construction of the Numidium.
One noted scholar of Dwemer lore has in his possession two rings and his research is the only information that exists about the rings in the current
era. The rings are powerful artifacts, capable of turning the tide of any battle and decimating entire cities.
