This mod seeks to rebalance the Ten Rings of the Architects for a more cohesive playthrough. I believe they are still probably going to overshadow most accessories in the original game, but hopefully now it will be less extreme and more situational.
Required for the assets, only the .esp will be replaced.

I'm not entirely sure how permissions are handled yet, so it's best to ask the original creator about them. He gave certain permissions that I've followed, but if for whatever reason you wanted to edit this edit, I would ask them first.

Original Mod Description:
I thought this was a really great idea, but I just knew that these were going to be ridiculously overpowered based on the short description:
Sure enough, I cracked open the editor and found ten incredibly powerful rings based on the Mandarin's Rings from Marvel Comics.
So then I thought, hey this is great learning opportunity and I actually want to go find and use these fr fr and not for play play. Took me most of the night because I'm new new but I actually think I pulled it off. Not exactly what I imagined my 2nd mod would be, but I'm entirely happy about it - and you might be too. Or you might hate it. I humbly and respectfully ask that you keep that to yourself, and instead just download this mod anyways and give it a shot. I can't say I really know where these rings are (even with spoilers,) because I still haven't actually played this game yet - BUT, it looks (to me) like VvardenfellStormSage did a great job of making each ring stand out and I enjoyed reading the research scroll detailing the ring.
It's always a little different balancing things on paper, so if you do check this mod out, please let me know if they're way too OP or detrimental - but do be aware that they were originally made to stomp through Morrowind, and I've rolled them back to still be "end-game" as far as some of the other rings/amulets I've looked at all while adding/subtracting a lot more to them so that they stand out even further.
Important Instructions:
You'll need to go over to the original mod's page to grab the assets (and endorse,) as I've only included a replacement .esp file.
Hope you enjoy it, spoilers in the readme so don't read it! I should have named it don'treadme... Stats for the original rings are in there too so you can see all of what's been changed. Okbyeseeyoulater.
