Doesn't work for me, even after disabling all other mods in the load list. How I tested the mod: joined mages guild in Balmora, created a skeleton in console, waited until it attacked me, mages ignored me being killed. Turns out that More Attentive Guards already includes AI for faction members to help out in combat, so can be used instead.
Edit: Well, it's not working for me, I put it in different positions on my mods load order, but none of it worked. Maybe because I am using OpenMW in its nightly version of android ... I hope I can make it work, it seems like a great idea to me. Still, thanks for your work! :)
Sorry to hear that. Did you try to disable all the mods (except tribunal and bloodmoon) to check whether it works? Also which faction are you joined and in which city did you try?
I went and tested it as so and with only tribunal and bloodmoon it gave me an error on start up saying "One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information. Continue running executable? Yes or NO" I am using the most updated version of Mod Organizer 2 so i don't corrupt my game files accidently, but i believe the game is detecting the error because the MO2 isn't really good at letting you know what mods is or isn't compatible or has errors like MO2 does with other fallout and elder scroll games. This is a great mod, and i hope someone can figure it out, because im just a simple new mod user who after a year of sitting on my broken morrowind mod list, just now fleshed out which ones do and don't work. :)
When I saw this mod released, I was inspired to add this feature to More Attentive Guards. It may not fit the name, but I already had the framework set up so it was super simple to implement.

This mod don't work for me with openMW0.47 until i make a little change :
Don't you forget to set PF_PlayerAttacked to 1?
I make and set this global variable with an homemade mod and all work fine.
Thanks for this mod
Thanks
PS: how do you attempted to set it to 1?
