While reading MelchiorDahrk's Uniformity Mods list, I stumbled upon the following:
"We've gotten near Vivec, and Teris has told me that the Rollie isn't allowed to enter the city proper. He'll have to wait outside while we continue on."
Inference(s): Since guars aren't allowed in Vivec, there should really be a stable so that other traders can leave their guars outside instead of just standing around.
I decided to try and add guar stables in the least intrusive way I could think of.
The current layout only works with Beautiful Cities or Rethinking Vivec, as both mods move the FQ canton, leaving a convenient space in a relatively flat spot where I added the guar stables.
