I'm going to give this a try, and will report back. Like your writing and setup so far. Question about, "Not compatible with any mod that has scripts attached to every original non-unique Guard & or Commoner."
Can you explain like I'm five? Does that mean because I have Morrowind Comes Alive which adds a lot of commoners or guards that this won't work?
Sorry it took a long time to reply, I've been super busy for far too long!
In this mod, every NPC Guard & Commoner (from the original Morrowind, non-expanded, non-modded) has a new script attached to them (specific coding). This could cause issues when using other mods that use this same technique.
If the mod you're using adds new guards, and doesn't use those released with the original version of the game, everything should run fine.
