Mod good, me stupid, I entirely missed the buton in the vanilla game for Constant effects

This mod is very good, tho it should be specificed that you can't create Custom permanent enchantments, only the pre-made gear can have those as You changed.
      Still good, slightly missleaded/missed opportunity

Overall, I like it.  The constant health enchantments might be a bit OP.

Aaah, i thought it might work on enchanting custom items as well, sadly no. seems like you still need grand souls to make those as vanilla. Still, great mod!

There wasn't any Constant Effect enchantments in Morrowind?

I could've sworn I ruined my game once by enchanting everything with Chameleon and rendering myself invisible, so it was like turning off the AI.
I guess it was Oblivion then.
Well, then I'm tracking this so I can grab it before I go on another modding spree, (Just waiting for the May Modathon to be over, because there's a whole new bunch of great mods I'm planning to install thanks to the Modathon)

I think you can enchant items with a constant effect, but most of the items you find basically add the ability to cast a spell that drains their charge and not your magicka.

This is a great idea!  I just remade Oblivion's Mundane Ring for myself in Morrowind's CS, and look forward to trying out your mod.  If all works well, I will be back to endorse!
