   Tarheil doesn't want to talk about it, and the amulet isn't producing the 3rd atronach.

   Is there a patch between this mod and Tamierl rebuilt? They have a quest about this funny wizard?

   One of the many quests added by AFFresh is given by Tarhiel if he's rescued, which unfortunately seems to interfere with this mod as he no longer offers the option to create his spell (although enchanting the sword is unaffected.)

   When you save the wizard, he does not let you talk to him. He just says 'I don't want to talk about it' and walks to Seyda Neen.

      I wonder that myself. I'm an Android user and have no other way of merging leveled lists, so I don't. And there are no clear instructions for Delta Plugin on Android that I can find... I will try putting this low in my load order to see if that works.

   You could just leave a commend about the problem. Still if it is a capitalization problem I am afraid it cannot be solved to please everyone for other people may have CAPITALIZED tHe Filename in oThEr wayS.

      I reported it to the person who makes delta plugin so it's already fixed, case doesn't matter for it anymore, so it should be fine, I'll probably leave this up for a while until they release a new exe with the fix.
