Very good Overall, but why so low FPS. In Dallara Suran, and Dallara Balmora, 20 FPS max))) i have good machine, very good) mwse morrowind, not OpenMW)
I still think you, by far, have the best Balmora Overhaul Mod. Because I'm a big, fat n'wah I'll say that I only miss the cool, blueish Mage's Guild eye-window and compatibility with the new Balmora Waterworks.
Have you tried out Balmora Waterworks, just for fun? It's sewers and canal are top notch, quality work.
This is not just another Balmora mod. This is it. This is my favourite Balmora overhaul! I might create a compatibility patch for Rocky West Gash at some point.

There is a small incompatibility with Main Quest Overhaul.
One window in Caius Cosades house blocks the staircase to the second floor.

Yes I've see this great waterwork and i'm thinking about a patch for this one and the bleuish Mage's Guild too
