Version 2.3
Fixed item sounds, added solution for missing ground texture coverage, sounds will now play from the last surface walked on.

Fixed casing issue with land textures, sand/ash sounds should play now. Also fixed magic effects not casting when the sound replacement setting is disabled.

Fixed issue with NPC draw/sheathe sounds being played on the player character instead of themselves, you shouldn't hear them coming from a mile away anymore.

Rewrote mod to utilize sound objects, should resolve most longstanding issues with scripted sounds.
Added spell and enchantment coverage, including options to add unique sounds for spell effects as well as looping noise for active spell effects. As of now only the cut sounds for Fire Damage, Poison Damage, Fire Shield, Frost Shield, Lightning Shield, the failure sounds for Frost and Shock Damage, and noise for the 'Sound' spell effect using another cut track are included. Otherwise these are vanilla, but the framework is there to replace them or add variance.
Rewrote and included 'Deathrattle Sounds' by Korootz, actor lines will optionally be cut off and replaced with grunts at the moment you kill them now.
Sounds are now at vanilla bitrate for consistency, courtesy of Leyawynn. The original, higher bitrate sounds are available as an optional download.
Updated Project Atlas Coverage.
