   Always wanted this, now that there's mods like guards fighting hostile NPCs and NPCs murdering other NPCs not giving you a bounty it's coming at a perfect time for shenanigans.

   Ah yes, I really felt disappointed when I tried the vanilla frenzy. This fixes it. Truly a work of art that honors the image.
