This is a small improvement on the exterior of Balmora turning it into a residential city in the Dunmer style with its own special atmosphere and emphasizing its individuality.


Yes, I know that there are a huge number of replicers of Balmora, probably this is the most favorite city of modmakers. :)
But I believe that there is nothing wrong with the fact that there will be another one in the world.
I didn't use any concept art to create this plugin.
I have enough of my own inspiration and imagination.
Therefore, my vision may differ from yours. Whether this is true or not the screenshots will show.


What exactly has changed and what hasn't:

- the architecture of the walls and the size of the city are unchanged;
- added new trees (beautiful animated model from Vurt);
- added guar leather awnings;
- added many different statics and storage containers;
- added flora, flower pots and flowerbeds;
- absolutely every balcony is decorated. Now it is a residential area with elements of everyday life;
- added many new lanterns;
- added creative clutter;
- added several new baskets (beautiful model from Momo77);
- added a new area! Balmora Bazaar. This is a new small area made from scratch. Details below.
- added a secret exit from the city. Will you be able to find it? It is only known that it is sometimes used by members of the Morag Tong.
Don't forget to find the key so that you can go back the same way.
- added statues of St. Olms and st.Delyn at the temple;
- benches, pillows, rugs, as usual;
- decorated balconies of the Council Club and the South Wall;
- added railings to the bridge leading out of the city and to some balconies;
- stop sleeping in the same bed with Cosades! On the roof of his house there is now a hammock where you can sleep under the open sky or look at the stars;
- and much more.

This is a small area in the gorge where three merchants ' tents are located. You can buy the freshest food and drinks there.
Alchemy ingredients and potions in the herb shop. And of course the clothes.
There are 6 NPCs in the market area - 3 merchants, 1 guard and 2 buyers.

Balmirak Patch




If you use this beautiful mod from JoiRor, don't forget to download the patch. Use this version instead of the main file only if you have Balmirak installed. The entrance of the bazaar is moved further down the road, the stones and flowers are moved. The secret exit from the city has been moved. Now you will immediately find yourself on the outskirts of Balmirak and can quickly escape to the area of the Bitter Coast, if you have any misunderstandings with the guards. :)
