Installation: 1) Delete the original [Lived Towns - Seyda Neen.esp] and [Seyda Neen Docks.esp]. 2) Copy-Paste files into your Morrowind/Data Files folder. Either keep the original [Seyda Neen Slums.esp] or replace it with my edited version.

Cleaned, updated, bugless, compatible version of neenhouse manor mod, listed in the article. L'areal is the original author and gets all the credit. Silt Strider Courier mod compatible. v1.0.3 + compatible with the Alcoholics Guild.

Download the original file (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46457), if you don't use the Neenhouse mod. But this edited version is also harmless as standalone and has some minor bug fixes. Compatible with "Drunk Fargoth" (Check "Readme"), F&F.

TelShadow allowed me to make this small edit for people who'd like to use the mod with abot's Boats. Just unzip the .ESP and place in your Morrowind/Data Files.

Compatible with the Seyda Neen Compendium Patch and all of its optional mods. Install the original mod by samurai first (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46457?tab=files&file_id=1000013758) and replace the ESP with the patched one!

Slums-compatible version of the mod made by skil8 and then tweaked by jsp25. Note: it's supposed to be loaded with the Slums mod (the load order doesn't matter). All the credits go to the original author(s).

Seyda Neen Manor House mod has a minor conflict with the Census and Excise Office Faction mod. Load this ESP after the manor mod. The patch changes your status: you're allowed to stay in the manor for some time, while the office "searches for a heir".
