Cozy Seyda Neen

A small and modest replacement of Seyda Neen turning it into a cozy fishing village in the Dunmer style.
This mod adds various default objects such as: statics, containers, plants, trees, misc, etc.
Added three new huts, two of which are decorations and locked, and do not contain interiors but perform a decorative function only.
The third hut can be used as a starting house for the player.
Rumor has it that this cabin belonged to Romlyn Dreth who ran away to Skyrim due to problems with the law. :)
A short note is attached. There are no quests.
The hut is located behind Foryn Gilnith's house.

Update to version 1.2.
This is a new version of the plugin that has been
cleaned up as much as possible, and one good person helped me with this - Darkelfguy.
Thank you very much!

Update to version 1.1.

First of all I want to say thanks to those people who comment on the first (not too good version). You're helping me make it better. Thank you very much. :)

Here is a great video from Darkelfguy, where you can see everything in more detail than in the screenshots.

What has changed in version 1.1:

1. Small bugs have been fixed and the plugin has been cleared of unnecessary GMST links.
2. Slightly fixed the overall design.
3. Some containers and plants have become statiс objects.
4. Fixed language bugs. Now the plugin is completely in English.
5. Added a few models.

What exactly is added:

- dunmer lanterns;
- three new huts;
- a starting hut for the player;
- new plants and mushrooms;
- flowerbeds;
- landscaping of the swamp in the center of the village;
- trees;
- containers, boats, fishing rods, benches, pillows, fencing;
- a romantic pier;
- a meeting place of Processus Vitellius and Thavere Vedrano :);
- the exterior decor of the lighthouse and the tavern of Arrille, and much more.

All this should create the atmosphere of a lively village. I hope ...:)

The interiors of Seyda Neen are not affected.
The path grid is adjusted so that the NPCs don't stumble into new objects.
No conflicts or bugs were found.
It can only conflict with mods that change this area.
Compatible with any replacement and retexture trees, landscape, grass, plant, etc.
Compatible with NOM, (the area around the well added by this plugin is not affected).

Requirements: Morrowind.

Installation:
Unpack the plugin to the Data folder and activate it in the launcher. Play.

If you find any bugs, please let me know in the comments or in private messages.
P.S.In my screenshots I used Vurt's Bitter Coast Tree replacer.
If you use a different replacer, the image may be different.
