Really though, what is it?
APG is a mod package, kind of like S.T.E.P. or MGSO, but more focused. It includes two parts. The first is a batch script that will install all of the files and configure OpenMW for you. No need to spend a lot of time editing config files or figuring out how to get all your mods to work together.
The mods APG uses aren't included because I didn't make them. You have to download them from the author's pages. Don't forget to endorse and leave nice comments as you go.
The second part is APG as a mod package. APG aims to fix bugs, add quality of life improvements, improve performance, and make the game more HD. It is very - conservatively - vanilla friendly. There are no new mechanics, no balance changes outside of bug fixes, and and no significant changes to the visual style. One thing I don't like about a lot of visual overhaul mods is that it changes the fundamental character of the game. APG still looks like Morrowind, just a bit better. Use APG as a base to install more mods on top of, or play it as is.
