Simply adds more wells around Vvardenfell

Simply adds more wells around Vvardenfell for a better Ashfall experience but also works as a standalone mod as I always thought it was weird that a lot of settlements didn't have a well.
Not every location is covered, Redoran settlements in particular as I coulnd't find a decent redoran well resource.
Some cities are excluded too as I'm lazy and use mods that already add wells to them:
Suran
Balmora
Caldera
Vos
Seyda Neen
As of version 1.2 there's also an optional zip made by Lucas a.k.a. Sigourn to add wells to these locations.
