"Class Attribute and Skill Limit" mods are a must have for me :D. I also recommend the "Fixed level multipliers - x3" for a more balanced leveling system, "MWSE State-Based Health" for a better health formula, "Magicka Regeneration Suite" and "Balanced Passive Races and Birthsigns" by Necrolesian. Those mods used together add so much to a role play aspect of the game and it makes your character a bit less of a godlike killing machine in late game which is a good thing of course.
Not sure, but I think this mod might be causing my game to CTD. After installing it I would occasionally get unspecified CTDs, kept happening regularly with no warning. The only thing I could find was in my MWSE.log file, it listed errors occurring with this mod. After deactivating the mod in the MCM I haven't had any CTD's or issues again. Just wanted to let you know because I really love the idea of this mod and hope it can be fixed if need be. Thanks.
This same exact thing happens to me every now and then too. Not sure if it is interacting badly with one of my other mods, but the errors in the MWSE.log are all relating to Class Skill Limit.
if you want your skills to be able to lvl up 95 times each like me, as if they were misc skills with minor having fortify +10 and major +25:
open mcm.lua and find the code for major(to 125)/minor(to 110)/misc(already at 100) SLIDERS and edit them accordingly. it works i just tested it, khajit(+15acro) stealth specialization(+5) acrobatics major, set acro to 144 with console, jumped 34 times (each counts as fall with 144skill), was able to level up to 145, tooltip showed skill capped. jumped 40 more times to test, no level up! :)
Any chance the new tooltips from Class Attribute Limit could be merged into this mod as well? As an alternative to the "Max Proficiency has been reached" tooltip? Being able to see that hard limit whenever via tooltip was as a nice QoL feature. Would be sweet to get that for skills too.
This is an excellent mod I would like to know if you could make this exact same type of mod for attributes as well I haven't found anything like that on Nexus yet.
Fantastic mod, a great way to avoid becoming a godkilling machine too soon. A similiar one for limiting attributes (e.g. your two preferred ones can go up to 100, the others up to a specific amount, similiar to minor\misc skills in this mod) would be a perfect pairing.
