This is such a great idea. I would download if he asked for moon sugar EVERY time, or once a day. IMO, that brings some much needed balance to the game. I never use Creeper. But if he demanded 1 moon sugar every day, I'd be into it and think it was supercoolguydeepimmersivefuntimeCHIM.
Even better, Creeps gets demanding and asks for 5 or 10 hits after you've traded with him...10 times?
This would both balance out Creeper more AND incentivize players to do something with all that illegal, no-I-won't-buy-from-you moonsugar!
Also, what if Mudcrab demanded Mazte? Or Sujamma. Again, one kind of booze one day, but the next week he asks for another. Then Flin. And at some point will only trade with you if you give him the very rare Dagoth Brandy. Man. I should really learn how to mod.
Will he demand Moon Sugar every time? That'd be both interesting characterization, and also a nice balancing thingy for one of the most exploitable merchants in the game. ...Maybe it would get annoying to have to find moon sugar constantly, though.
Now I'm also kinda inspired to make the Drunken Mudcrab Merchant demand a drink before he'll trade. Probably Ancient Dagoth Brandy....

No, he will only demand Moon Sugar the first time, sorry for not being clear on that point.
