Removes the tooltips (messages) from road signs, hanging banners, and/or "roadmarker" monoliths. To be used with "real signpost"-type mods.

OVERVIEW
This MWSE-Lua mod is very simple. All it does is remove the tooltips (floating message-boxes) from Road Signs, hanging banners, and/or "roadmarker" monoliths. That way, when using Real Signposts or something like it, there is no redundancy, nor can they get in the way.
NOTES
-This is a really tiny mod, however, bugs or crashes still may occur. I know it works with UI expansion, but other tooltip mods may cause issues. Let me know of any problems in the comments section.
-There is an MCM to determine which things lose tooltips.
INSTALLATION
Unzip, and drop the folder into Data Files/MWSE/mods.
