This is a legendary mod. I like using shields but am not a big fan of having them appear on my character. For a long time I was using a glitch to make shields not appear, but recently the glitch has mysteriously stopped working for me. Thank you very much for making this mod! Endorsed!

Strange, the shield appears on me in game (but is invisible just fine in inventory).
EDIT: I've downloaded sams invisible marker error (renamed the file as invis_shield to keep my actual marker_error) and used that for the shields' meshes because I don't have the tools to make invisible/empty .nif files to use instead as a temporary workaround! It's not perfect, the 'invisible marker' is still visible in some way under certain weather effects or invisibility state and the thing is now invisible on the floor if I drop it, but that's all I can think of to fix this right now!
The stats are the same of the best shield available in game for that armor type (light, medium and heavy). Reasoning is, so you don't lose anything for using a roleplaying mod. You can change the stats to whatever you like, of course!
