1.1 mistakes where made, fixed the missed glow spot.

Replaces the mesh of the Hasedoki unique Staff and adds glow textures to match with the mod "Glass Glowset" https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42762
no other changes to the mesh made. and no textures replaced.
usable with vanilla textures or the texture pack of your choice. tested with intelligent textures and darknuts weapon textures.
Screenshots are using intelligent textures.
didn't make the crystal transparent to minimize changes to other textures. but if there is demand for it i can make an alternative version.
