Adds a Supply Chest for the Imperial Cult.

In vanilla, the Fighters' Guild and the Mages' Guild have a supply chest, from where members of the factions can take items freely. My Imperial Legion Expansion mod, among other things, adds a similar supply chest for the Imperial Legion, and I have also made two separate mods to add a supply chest for the Tribunal Temple and the Morag Tong. I think that the only faction remaining, which would realistically have a supply chest is the Imperial Cult, and thus I made this mod to wrap up this mod series of mine. The items are rather humble, to reflect that the Imperial Cult is a poor faction, working in a hostile environment.
The Contents of the Supply Chest:
Two Scrolls of Divine Intervention
Two Potions of Cure Common Disease
Two Standard Restore Health Potions
Three Lesser Soul Gems
One or two random books on the theology of the Nine Divines and the history of the Empire (Possible ones: For my Gods and Emperor, The Annotated Anuad, Aedra and Daedra, Brief History of the Empire v 1-4)
Location of the supply chest and how to obtain the items:
There is only one supply chest, located in the Imperial Chapels of Ebonheart, near the entrance, and the shrine. You need to join the Imperial Cult to take items from the chest legally.
The supply chest, like every supply chest in the game, respawns after a couple of in-game months, though.
Compatibility:
Should be compatible with any mod, unless that mod adds something to that exact location inside the cell where I have placed the chest.
This mod should be bug-free and clean too.
