Looks very interesting; the fact NPCs also regen magicka makes it fair! But wouldn't the creature magicka regen clash with mods that edit creature stats, though?
I'm pretty sure it makes NPCs regenerate magic, as it's a racial effect, but I'll have to test that. Thank you for telling me! I'll get back to you soon.
So I just tested it and NPCs do regenerate magicka! However, creatures are not, so I might have to go and give the effect to some of the creatures/monsters/whatever that use magic.
Edit: Version 1.1 now has most enemies regenerating magicka, except those that don't use it and the ones the Construction Set didn't let me change.
So I went to change something about the Apprentice sign and found out that I uploaded the wrong file for v. 1.1, so if you want non humanoid enemies to regenerate then you might want to download the new file.
