Description:
-Adds a magicka regeneration system at a rate of 1 per second
-Accounts for the Atronach sign, which has an affect that counteracs the regeneration
-Apprentice also doubles magicka regen
Instalation:
Copy the plugin file into your Morrowind Data Files folder
