What a charming idea! I don't currently have any children, but I like that there cool dads out there doing stuff like this and giving it to the world :)
The world can be a harsh and scary place. That's when proper parenting through explanation of events, environment should take place. I applaud your active engagement with your daughter playing Morrowind.
As a parent we can't always be there to guide our children through their online/ gaming activities. This mod goes some way to giving your daughter independence with suitable guardrails in place. Well done.
My children are all grown up, but no children of their own as yet. My future grandchildren will probably be on version 2.5 of this mod
PS I had a chuckle over your daughter seeking fiat currency to buy new books.
"Sarcastaball" is the eighth episode of the sixteenth season of the American animated television series South Park, and the 231st episode of the series overall. It premiered on Comedy Central in the United States on September 26, 2012, and is rated TV-MA L. In the episode, Randy Marsh, concerned over drastic changes to elementary school football, inadvertently creates a new version of the game after uttering a sarcastic public remark, which quickly becomes the nation's most popular sport. As a result, Butters Stotch becomes a star athlete in the pastime, while Randy finds that he has lost the ability to speak without sarcasm.[1][2]
I believe that an alarm value of 30 instead of 0 that you currently have should make the NPC scold the player for stealing, but not reporting the crime or attacking them. That's the alarm value of the Orc in Ghorak Manor who infamously yells "Surrender yourself! Guaaards!" when you steal the Orcish armor right in front of him, but never actually does anything else about it.
Also, I would cut the entirety of the Sixth House, not just the Corprus Monsters and the Ash Zombies, to be honest. The Sixth House is probably one of the most horroristic things in a video game that was not meant to be a horror.
