Just fyi, while the bounty for killing someone has been raised to 3000 with this mod, the Morag Tong's writs for execution still only remove 1000 of your bounty. As a consequence, these officially sanctioned and legal executions now still carry a penalty of about 2000 if you just walk up to someone and slay them.
this is much better and lore friendly than a lot of other economy fixers out there that even destroy the mudcrab or make your alchemy potions totally worthless ... thank you for this :D
How were you able to delete the "Item does not have enough charge" message? I deleted the same message under settings>magic tab in the CS and the message remained in game.
