*Edit: Yes it is compatible with all of them. Only one small issue, where you placed the floor door to the lift there is a shelf that is now invisible but the items sitting on it just look like they are floating. One question, how do you activate the handle for the lift?
As I read threw these comments and your description seeing that your trying to bring what seems to be a different Elven race that was extinct before the dwarfin race, I thought it would be ironic or poetic if the dwarfin structure was a excavation building built over ruins of an extinct Elven race they were studying before they were extinct themselves and the falmer were slaves who were working as labor for the dwarfins, you could probably have some of the books translated possibly if your willing to go that far perhaps one of the NPC's who are already in the first level in the building when you enter, just a thougt, anyway I do really hope you continue with this this mod is pretty fun and the enemies are pretty well designed and it works on my pc (a lot of mods don't work on my computer for some reason). So yes I love what I see keep it up. Oh and some of the enemies heads spin like a propeller when fighting and I did have trouble with the door that lead to the entrance of the elevator, and the elevator refused to go up when I pulled the switch when I came back from Redreach and an idea of which dwafin ruin has RedReach would be helpful for people who haven't played the mod yet, just a heads up, I know your not fully complete so I look forward to the whole adventure when it comes out and yes everyone who is reading this do endorse this mod please.
You (and the team) expanding on this mod, is that something you can put a timeframe on (i.e. can we safely hold our breath) or is it something that's still in the mind-scheme stage?
I have a lot more caves and tunnels blocked out, with plans to add 4 more lifts in Dwemer ruins scattered across the Molag Amur Region. (2 are already blocked out and scripted.) It's just going to take a while because there's a lot of cluttering left to do, and the tunnels are... expansive. ^_^
Since I have a team who is eager to work on Rethan right now, it is getting priority, but I do intend to come back to Redreach after that.
My two cents: dwemer lived in city-states not a single nation. Dwemer were not truly united Dumac had more symbolic role and was one to look after if the Chimer rallied against the dwemer as de facto ruler of the combined armies that's why you don't see Falmers in Vvanderfell because they were kept only by local Skyrim dwemers city states.
Good points. :) I'll expand a little on the thought process that led me in the direction I went.
quoting The Betrayed: "The once cool wind on their skin. Now replaced with the heat of the flame." I know the book was written for Skyrim specifically, but I feel like it sort of alludes to them being taken somewhere hotter than Blackreach. Also, Solstheim (where the Falmer under the leadership of the Snow Prince rose up against the Nords) is about equidistant from Vvardenfell as it is from Blackreach. Even with there being multiple Dwemer city states, it seems weird to me that the Dwemer would send their new slaves only to the one(s) in Skyrim. Additionally, given the Nords' opinion of elves and the ongoing hostility between the races, the Dwemer would have had a much more limited presence in Skyrim than in Resdayn.
Obviously, Redreach is not canon, but I did try to keep it as lore friendly as possible.
Awww, thank you! I just uploaded a couple of bugfixes (the biggest one being a door that wasn't linked properly, so you couldn't leave Redreach without using the console, eep!)
