Not related to the mod, but the link on your description page to theassimilationlab redirects to an adult spam site these days (the entire domain does)

Can this mod be used at the same time with Rats Galore?, i hope there won't be massive ammounts of rats lol., i i'll try it.
Edit: what about adding some of your rats to solstheim?, but whites and mixed version with black, specially for interiors cuz they don't like cold ^^
EDIT: yes is compatible, but maybe there are too many rats at some times because of Rats Galore.

“I hope their won’t be massive amounts of rats”
This mod doesn’t add any new rats, just changes the look of cave rats. Was there something in the description that made you think it did? Because you wouldn’t be the first person to make this assumption. Cheers.

I imagine compatibility will depend on what order you install the mods and what order you put the plugins in the launcher. If you need a quick way of re-ordering for the original engine, check out “Nogbad’s esp date tool” on my Nexus page.

Please let me know how you get on with compatibility :)

We need more rat mods. Realistic rats when?

I think it would be great to have more ambient wildlife as Activators as opposed to Creatures, like the dragonflies added by BitterCoast Sounds. Spiders, rats, insects that scurry out of site as you walk close to them.

How about small non-hostile creatures? This might work better for wildlife that can be useful to the player in any way (for example, getting rat meat).

I feel like this would take quite a bit of finagling to get it to work. Making sure you don't get stuck on them, making sure they don't turn and attack you for a second when attacked and trigger combat music. I remember playing some old passive creature resources back in the early 00's and it got very silly when the player failed to hit them and then got chased around the island by a blood thirsty butterfly while intense battle music played.
I'm sure it's not impossible though, Lua etc.

EDIT: I also thought it could be easier to get fluid natural movement in the wildlife if it was controlled by animations vs creature Ai
