After all these years this mod still is in 2024 a must have, due to the way most homes are placed, conflicts are minimal if you stick to vanilla friendly mods and making space available on some of your mods is just a few clicks away in the construction set if it ever comes to that which to my experience has not happened yet.
You're probably using the Balmora rebuild mod which makes some changes here. Try opening the console ( ~ ) click on the rock or terrain, type disable and press enter. It helped me.
Excellent mod, always needed something like this. It always feelt off just invading some appartment in Vivec for my own use or installing huge mansion that you get for free. And strongholds are too much work and i just need an easier access place to store my garbage.
The Pelagiad cottage has a key hidden in the basement - Rusty Key. I found it because the diary on the desk on the ground floor mentioned the previous owner losing it, but I was wondering what the significance of it is, what it opens! but its ID in the console is key_skeleton, which is a vanilla key that just opens one random chest in Vivec.
This is arguably my favorite Morrowind mod ever. It feels like it should have been part of the base game. And the attention to detail, like the plants dropping flowers to indicate they've been there a while and might need water -- brilliant storytelling and fantastic environmental immersion! Finally remembered to endorse, but I've been recommending this mod on Reddit any time I see someone asking for mod recommendations because it's just so...perfect.
MelchiorDahrk was asked about compatibility between Welcome home and his mods OOAB-Grazelands OOAB-Tel mora OOAB-Tel branora OOAB- Gnaar Mook
His answer: Surprisingly, there don't seem to be any issues in Vos/Tel Vos. For Tel Mora, there's a slight issue with placement along one of the new paths. Where the housepod is right on top of some stairs. If it was rotated a bit, it'd be fine. It almost works.Other than that, I'm surprised at how well they work.
