This is an old update to my old mod "Enchanting Enchanting": https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/44828/ which contains some bugs. The mod makes soul gems more accessible, allows you to fill soul gems, gamble your money for soul gems filled or otherwise, makes enchanting cheaper, makes you levels up enchanting when you strike with a magic weapon, and allows you to make your own powerful custom scroll! However, there are few bugs: Incorrectly named textures, and incorrect values that caused golden saint's soul filled into a lesser soul gem.
Note: I'm trying to update the mod but I am no longer able to access my old account or email. If possible, it would be nice to merge the mods. All future updates will be posted here.
All of the features and versions of the original version still exists. But the enchanting price is even cheaper, the texture bug and soul gem bug are now fixed.
To start, just talk to any enchanter, ask them about their trade.
