What is the most enchanting enchanting Morrowind mod? Enchanting Enchanting is the most enchanting enchanting Morrowind mod.
Enchanting is one of most (in)famous school of magic and features of TES III : MORROWIND
While most people enjoyed enchanting in Morrowind a lot thanks to their immersive features,
some would say that it lacks surprise and excitement, and also a bit (severely) overpowered.
Enchanting Enchanting gives a new life to enchanting in Morrowind.
Here are several features of enchanting enchanting:
- Provides various changes to enchanting services. Enchanting items from vendors are now significantly cheaper and accessible.
- Soul gems are now less valuable (depends on which version), and more common as ALL enchanter sells soul gems.
- Enchanter vendors now can fill your empty soul gems.
- You can gamble your money for soul gems. You might even win a special and powerful soul of a creature never seen in Vvardenfell.
- You can buy EMPTY SCROLLS from enchanter vendors, and you can make your own magical scrolls.
- Depending on versions, enchanted items do not regenerate charges for balancing purpose. This is justifiable since soul gems are now common, and enchanting from enchanters significantly cheaper.
- Enchant skill is now easier to level up. You can even use enchanted weapon to level up your enchant skill.
To get started, visit your nearest enchanter and talk about "my trade." Alternatively, go to either Arrile's Tradehouse, Balmora Mages Guild, or Jobasha's Rare Book and read "Enchanters of Vvardenfell" then talk to an enchanter.
There are 4 esps, choose wisely:
- Normal version: All features included. Cheaper soul gems, no enchanted item charges regeneration.
- Regeneration version: All features included, but enchanted item charges still regenerate.
- Normal soul gems: The soul gems are an exception to law of supply and demand. It is still common, but as expensive as ever. This is recommended if you intend to use the soul gem price MCP Patches. All other features are included, no enchanted item regeneration. WARNING: If you don't use MCP either the prices will be relatively very cheap and you can easily exploit the services.
- Normal soul gems and regeneration: Same as normal soul gems version, but enchanted item still recharges itself.
Enchanting Enchanting won't be compatible with mods that changes:
- Vendor enchanting prize
- mods that added new topic of "enchanter's lab", "soul gem lottery", and "fill empty soul gems
I have tried to run the mod on old saves, it might give an error message. Ignore it, then you should be fine.
