I was wondering, do the spells have an added check to stop them from working with the soul trap glitch? Being the dirty cheater I am I tried it out and the pauldron and greave spells both seemed to not have any effects from it, dispelling immediately. They DO work fine though when used the intended way so it's not an installation issue.
Anyways, if there is an inbuilt bug fix is there any chance you could make an alternate file and "rebreak" them for people like me that want to cheat and look fancy doing it? Thanks for your time.
Hey there, sorry for the late reply. While I can't be 100% sure it sounds like you may not have MWSE installed or correctly setup. The 'Morrowind Script Extender' is mandatory for this mod to work. Please be sure to read the MWSE install instructions as it also has some requirements / dependencies. Also make sure you go into the mages guild in Balmora, the script that triggers this mod's functionality does not start until you go there.
I was wondering if you could share the MWEdit version you used. I'm trying to make my own mod using one of those Bloodmoon GMSTs and I can't figure out how to compile the script. Definitely don't understand source files anywhere near enough to be able to fix the bug myself.
That is an odd coincidence but I'm glad it worked out and you found my mod! As far as balance goes to be honest I haven't particularly put much thought into it.... Morrowind becomes pretty unbalanced by nature as you reach lvl 20+, so at those levels I don't think it will really matter as much. In the lower levels of the game a summoner type character with high magicka and conjuration will almost certainly be a bit more powerful than in vanilla, what with the addition of three more pieces of weightless daedric armor. Feel free to tinker with the armor values and make them as you see fit, but with this mod I wanted to stay true to the vanilla game as much as possible and modeled the armor values and enchantments to compliment the already existing conjurable armor.
As for a custom spell that summons a full suit of armor, you bet. I have already experimented with this without issues, you can actually summon a full set of armor plus a shield and one-handed weapon with a single spell.
What an incredible coincidence that you release your mod one day before I decide to add them to my game. Thanks for sharing your plugin Any thoughts on how your mod will change balance in Morrowind? Having access to 60% more bound armor is pretty huge. I was thinking of tinkering with the armor values. I'd like to use your spells to create a custom spell that adds all bound armor in one cast. Would you foresee any issues with a spell like this?

When I use bound pauldrons/greaves spells - nothing happens. Nothing is summoned or equiped on my PC. I don't use any other mod that add those items.
Any idea what can cuase it?
