The location is nicely chosen, and the exterior decor blends in with mod-added clutter in Balmora fairly well. However, your mod contains quite a few dirty edits, especially GMSTs and vanilla object edits.
About base object edits: Whenever you want to add some non-vanilla object into your mod, be it a chest with specific contents or an enchanted weapon, always make a new object - it's easiest to change the ID of a base object and click "OK", then confirm that you want to create a new one. Editing base objects causes the changes to be applied to every instance of the object in-game, and thus should be avoided unless it's the point of the mod (like increasing the range of ALL steel longswords to 1.35).
Ya I am going to fix that tonight and get rid of those. I have learned a TON since making this. and have been working on an interior showcase for Tamriel Rebuilt. Appreciate the feedback though!

About GMSTs:
I recommend using TESAME to remove all dirty edits, and later using Wrye's GMST Vaccine to prevent GMST contamination when editing mods.
